Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technician

Are you a skilled Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technician looking for an exciting opportunity? At IHG Mechanical, we are seeking a full‑time technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. YOUR DAY AS AN INDUSTRIAL AMMONIA REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN As an Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technician, you provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You maintain, repair, install, test and perform maintenance on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. You communicate with customers and the service manager to discuss solutions, provide updates and recommend next steps. You work independently and as part of a team, focusing on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

ABOUT IHG MECHANICAL

IHG Mechanical has decades of experience in maintaining, servicing and building industrial refrigeration solutions for large companies. We design and install systems for new construction and retrofits, using freon or ammonia, with the goal of optimizing efficiency and reducing operating costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration Valid driver’s license and good driving record Reta certification is preferred but not required. You should be diligent, hardworking, have excellent customer service skills, work well independently and in a team, be detail oriented and have strong problem‑solving skills.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position works a flexible schedule of approximately 7 am – 4 pm, Monday–Friday.
