Program ManagerChewy's Merchandising Operations Team's mission is to be the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business, and we are looking for a Program Manager in our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. This role will support Partner Systems & Services programs, including partner integrations, platform onboarding, and maintaining day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate will have experience managing operational workflows, developing and maintaining documentation, managing program performance metrics, and a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute program development initiatives. This position is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision-making and real time actions. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across external partners, catalog, product, tech, fulfillment, and internal support teams.What You'll Do:Own partner platform onboarding and management roadmap, operational governance, and processesSet and track KPIs and program metrics, producing regular performance reports and insightsDefine and deliver partner program strategies to manage tradeoffs and maximize value while meeting timelinesDevelop and maintain documentation for partner systems & services workflows and standard operating proceduresManage operational workflow execution for onboarding new partners, partner compliance, and partner system integrationsLead cross-functional projects to improve partner systems and servicesSupport operations teams with incident investigations and resolutionWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, operations, supply chain management, or related field4+ years of relevant business experienceAbility to write custom SQL queries to mine and analyze large, complex data setsExperience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationshipsIntermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiencyIntermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software toolsExcellent communication skillsProgram/product management experiencePosition may require travelBonus:MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience in Seller Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment ServicesExperience working in Mirakl or other eCommerce SaaS Platform environmentsExperience working in Oracle CRM or alternative software environmentsKnowledge of product classification systems, catalog taxonomy, and product launch processesThe base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
