How you make a difference The Senior Tax Analyst prepares federal, state, and local income tax returns and supports tax management in compliance with ASC 740. Responsibilities include preparing tax estimates, extensions, and participating in tax audits. The analyst monitors legislative changes, supports tax planning, and prepares documentation. This role also contributes to special projects such as intercompany transactions and acquisitions. The position may require occasional travel based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, extensions, and estimates Support ASC 740 tax accounting including effective tax rate calculations and disclosures Participate in tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries Monitor legislative changes and assist with tax planning and research Collaborate on financial analysis projects and coordinate with external vendors Qualifications & Requirements EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field required Master’s degree in taxation or finance preferred

EXPERIENCE

3+ years prior experience in public accounting and tax

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
