This highly visible, senior director level position is responsible for all aspects of Software Engineering's performance in support of the business area, including the application of software engineering processes, tools, talent acquisition, talent development, and program performance. You will lead a large organization through a digital transformation that embraces model-based engineering, DevSecOps, and agile development to deliver cutting-edge software that disrupts adversary communication and radar capabilities.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of software engineering management experience.Broad understanding of software engineering and the DoW product development lifecycle.Proven track record of increasing responsibilities in managing organizations of significant complexities, including managing large-scale software-intensive projects through all aspects of the development process from requirements through system integration, production, and sustainment.Must currently possess a Secret Security Clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.Pay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $173023 - $294137Employee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
