That's where you come in.As our Maintenance Clerk, you'll keep our maintenance department running smoothly by managing work orders, tracking preventive maintenance schedules, and maintaining accurate records across our fleet management systems. This role is built for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and ready to support our maintenance managers in keeping our trucks on the road.ResponsibilitiesEnter data from completed work orders into the fleet management programMaintain work pending filesMaintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managersCreate and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managersMaintain fuel reportsMaintain computerized parts inventoryLocate or assist in locating materials required by employees and contractorsMonitor data for inconsistencies and errorsDevelop and issue computer reports as requestedPerform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting notices, and retrieving and distributing mailPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsProven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesStrong organizational skillsTeam playerPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computerFrequent use of hands for typing, filing, and general office equipmentOccasional lifting and carrying of files or office supplies up to 15 poundsAbility to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writingAbility to occasionally move throughout the maintenance shop or yard to locate parts or materialsPay & BenefitsWeekly payMultiple health plans available, including a tax-advantaged HSA optionDental coverageVision coverageCompany paid life insuranceRetirement plan with a company match of up to 5%Safety and retention incentivesPaid time offAccess to employee discounts through LifeMartEcowaste Solutions offers a competitive base salary, the opportunity to earn incentive pay, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
