Position Summary Vitreoretinal Surgery – Retina Specialist Position (Full‑time) at NJ Retina. Location Monroe, NJ (ON‑SITE) Compensation & Benefits Signing Bonus: $30,000, Career Starter Bonus: $100,000 on Start Date. Base Salary: $400,000 Year 1, $500,000 Year 2, $600,000 Year 3. Production Bonuses from Year 1. Defined 3‑Year Partner Track (no buy‑in, loans, or investments). Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, CME, paid Malpractice, 401(k). Qualifications / Desired Attributes Patient‑centered, passionate, optimistic, and energizing. Innovative, adaptable, efficient, and able to function effectively with a team. Ethical and honest. Comfortable giving/receiving direct developmental feedback. Accountable to goals, deliverables, and overall performance.
