M & M Home Contractors Inc is looking for a talented and driven Design Assistanat / Project Coordinator to join our team in Cologne, MN! In this exciting dual role, you'll bring creative design visions to life while keeping projects running smoothly from concept to completion. If you love beautiful spaces and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design standards are met
- Manage project documentation, purchase orders, and change orders
- File for all required permits
- Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in interior design and/or project coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
