Division:Air & Sea Job Posting Title: Marketing Assistant, Temporary Role Time Type: Full Time This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 3-4 months. Overview of the role DSV is seeking a temporary Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our marketing and internal branding activities across the U.S. This role focuses on internal branding, content creation, and vendor relations, playing a key part in bringing the DSV brand to life within the organization. The role will coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives, develop engaging content, and assist with events that strengthen our brand. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, project tracking, and administrative tasks Support marketing campaign execution and activation Coordinate promotional product vendor relationships and manage quality or shipping issues Provide logistical support for events, trade shows, and promotional activities Create marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, and promotional materials Assist with content creation for social media and internal news stories Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, journalism communications, or a related field Language Skills Fluent in English (written and verbal) For this position, the expected base pay range is$23.00 – $29.00 .
