Building Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of multiple UAMS buildings, ensuring facility safety, functionality, space integrity, and regulatory compliance. Proactively monitors building conditions, conducts environmental and safety rounds, and coordinates resolution of operational, compliance, and facility-related issues across assigned buildings. Facilitates space planning, occupant moves, and facility reconfigurations while maintaining the integrity of UAMS space assets and ensuring compliance with institutional policies, NCES/FICM space standards, and applicable healthcare, life safety, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facility operations, safety, business, or related field Ability to follow oral instruction, read and write Must have proven customer service skills.
