Responsibilities Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure engineering teams have executable sprint work. Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development to align execution with business goals. Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance and user metrics to spot friction points and propose improvements. Agile Collaboration: Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros) to clarify requirements and remove blockers. Demonstrated ability to work directly with software engineers to deliver complex technical products. Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex technical ecosystems into user-friendly platform products. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, user story mapping, and team documentation. Hands-on experience using Postman (or similar tools) to test, inspect, and analyze APIs. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or BigQuery to track performance metrics and inform product decisions.
