Fun, exciting team environment. FREE cookies with every shift. Responsibilities Perform as Manager‑on‑Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present. Supervise, train and coach 2–5 team members engaged in cookie sales and deliveries. Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training. Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager’s absence. Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling. Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies standards (baking, uniform, company policies, etc.). Upsell and provide overall customer service excellence. Qualifications At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment. Experience conducting in‑person interviews of hourly support staff. Experience with POS systems. Proficiency with MS Office, Word and applicant tracking system. Ability to work a 4‑5 day week and 1–2 mid‑to‑late shifts during the latter part of the week (Thursday–Sunday).
