Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligibility for registration in California. (Client requires California licensure.)
• One to two years of related experience in outpatient physical therapy, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Client prefers outpatient PT experience; minimal acute inpatient coverage may be required from time to time.)
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Valid California driver’s license and evidence of automobile insurance when travel is required.
• Ability to organize and monitor the work of others and to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated skills in developing effective treatment plans, interpreting physician orders, and communicating with patients and interdisciplinary staff in a professional manner.
• APTA membership preferred.
