Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for an 8-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong operating room experience and work closely with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
Assist surgeons by passing instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgery
Ensure proper handling and sterilization of surgical instruments
Maintain patient safety and aseptic technique throughout procedures
Prepare the operating room before surgery and assist with room turnover afterward
Collaborate with the surgical team to support quality patient care

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Surgical Technologist experience
Surgical Technologist diploma required
Surgical Technologist certification preferred
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Strong knowledge of sterile technique and operating room procedures

Assignment Details:

8-week assignment
36 guaranteed hours per week
Monday–Friday, Day Shift (staggered start times between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Shared call every 4th weekend
Holiday coverage required
EMR: EPIC
