Role Description
At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $2B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
This role builds that. You will own the entire talent acquisition function across Adapty, FunnelFox, and Professional Services, and lead the team that delivers it.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across three products and five recruiters.
- Close leadership roles: VP, Head, C-level searches.
- Build the infrastructure that makes hiring repeatable: ICPs, scorecards, and interview packs for every role type.
- Run the team on quota and monitor performance weekly.
- Give the CEO and leadership real-time visibility: pipeline reports, funnel conversion by stage, offer acceptance rate, trial retention by recruiter.
- Train hiring managers to evaluate candidates, not just interview them.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in recruitment, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team with quota accountability.
- Experience closing VP, Head, or C-level roles.
- Built or owned recruitment processes end-to-end: ICPs, scorecards, interview packs.
- Familiarity with metrics like Time to Offer, funnel conversion, and trial retention.
- Experience making hiring and firing decisions on your own team.
- Comfortable pushing back on a CEO or hiring manager when data indicates a different direction.
