Administrative Assistant

InterLinc Mortgage Services

Summary/Objective


The Administrative Assistant assists the Branch Manager with carrying out duties for the day-to-day operations of office to aid in its continued growth and development.


Essential Duties

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to carry out essential functions.
  1. Assists in managing regional invoice payments.
  2. Handles scheduling, reservations, and calendars for Regional Management.
  3. Assists the Branch Relationship Manager in the management of regional contracts and agreements.
  4. Assists in the onboarding process.
  5. Gathers data critical to Regional Management's ongoing analytics of regional performance and goals.
  6. Assists in managing the inventory of regional assets.
  7. Assists the Branch Relationship Manager with inputting data upon request.

Required Education/Experience

Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and administrative experience.


Preferred Education/Experience

Preferable to have a high school diploma and administrative experience in the mortgage or real estate industries.
