AP Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Sparks Glencoe, MD.Job Description:The AP Specialist will support daily accounts payable operations. They will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring payments are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into NetSuite
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate payment records
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
• Assist with month-end close and other accounting duties as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
