Debt Relief Specialist

We are seeking a Debt Relief Specialist to join our team! We are expanding our business and are looking for candidates with top-notch communication skills, attention to detail, and great organizational skills, who work well under pressure to join our growing team with plenty of room for growth.

Position Summary : Our Marketing Associates must make outbound calls to our customers, who have opted-in on marketing websites or have inquired about financial service needs. The Associate will then qualify the borrower, gather the appropriate information, and select the appropriate program for each borrower.

$15-$18 per hour Plus Bonus's

Responsibilities:

• Build trust and respect

• Qualify borrowers for particular programs

• Transfers phone calls to our appropriate partners

• Provide clear and concise information about our programs.

• Connecting with borrowers from target marketing data

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
