Toppers Pizza has a new opportunity for you to join one of the leaders in the better-pizza delivery market. We are looking for several Managers-In-Training (MITS) to join our team! In short, we are a growing company and are the right organization for a dedicated team player who wants to make a difference in an environment where their hard work is valued and have fun while they are doing it. You will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of your restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements/Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Assist in leading daily store operations

Support and coach team members to deliver exceptional service

Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed standards

Help manage inventory, labor, and cash handling

Uphold company policies, cleanliness, and brand standards

Step into the Manager role when needed

Maintain a fun, positive, and high-performing work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous food service or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure

Reliable, responsible, and hungry to grow

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
