IT Support SpecialistOur client, a leading biotechnology company, is urgently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Marlborough, Massachusetts!This role is beginning as a 12-month contract, paid weekly with potential to extend/convert. Candidates must be able to come onsite in Marlborough, MA.ResponsibilitiesThe IT Support Tier 1/2 employee responds to and resolves customer tickets that include questions, requests for services and technical troubleshooting.Work as part of a team of skilled professionals that together deliver an excellent customer experience.Identify and resolve technical issues.
