Assignment Dates 8/17/26 - 10/30/26 Position Girls Soccer B Squad Coach – East Ridge High School Compensation Contract based on Teacher's Contract Schedule C – 25 base points (≈$3,625 base contract rate) Qualifications Successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience. Experience in educational leadership, building comprehensive programs, developing staff, and managing diverse program elements. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with commitment to positive relationships between the Raptors Girls Soccer program and the local community. Valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications). Reports To Head Varsity Girls Soccer coach and East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director; performance observed in conjunction with the High School Principal. Job Goals Instruct student‑athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training for individual and team success. Simultaneously provide instruction that develops moral values, pride, acceptable social behavior, self‑discipline, and confidence. Demonstrate substantial knowledge of the sport and establish positive relationships with all stakeholders.
