The Baker will ensure that all bakery products consistently meet quality expectations and provide exceptional customer service while creating an inviting, well-stocked bakery environment. This position requires a strong understanding of general baking principles and adherence to safety and health regulations. The Baker must also foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and high morale.
