Glovis EV Logistics America is seeking an Operations Manager for the 2nd Shift in Ellabell, GA. In this role, you will lead initiatives ensuring customer satisfaction while enforcing compliance standards for our upcoming operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will oversee KPIs as well as manage a team of over 100 employees. You will be responsible for developing safe work practices and streamlining warehouse operations while collaborating with various departments.
