WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for a bright, dependable, and organized person who’s eager to learn and wants to build a career in warehouse operations. You’ll receive one-on-one training from our experienced team, learning — order processing and fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management — while working closely with purchasing and production to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Order Processing, Fulfillment & Shipping

• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment by printing pick tickets and bills of materials (BOMs) for the production team, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Choose the most cost-effective parcel and LTL freight options and prepare shipping documentation
• Enter in-person customer orders into SAGE 100C, ensuring items, quantities, and pricing are accurate

Receiving

• Post receipts of goods in SAGE 100, verify incoming inventory, and organize stock for an efficient warehouse
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and keep inventory locations organized and accurate

Purchasing

• Follow up with vendors on open purchase orders to confirm pricing, obtain delivery estimates (ETAs), and communicate order status

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with basic computer use including word, excel, and SAGE 100C or similar ERP experience a plus but not required
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as needed
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
