Key Responsibilities Maintaining case files, document control, and filing systems Assisting with document productions and database management Preparing and organizing legal documents, binders, and correspondence Coordinating mailings and court filings Assembling witness files and preparing materials for depositions and hearings Supporting trial preparation and pretrial documentation Performing cite‑checking for legal briefs Traveling to courthouses to file or obtain documents Indexing and organizing files for offsite storage Assisting with additional administrative and legal tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Paralegal certificate preferred (not required) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows‑based systems Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must have a reliable vehicle for courthouse‑related responsibilities Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
