Temporary Real Estate Paralegal- Remote

One is pleased to be partnering with the Atlanta office of an AmLaw firm in their search for a Temporary Real Estate Paralegal. At least three years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting.

Experience reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence.

Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail

Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate is a plus.

NOTE All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing

This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings

Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
