Real Estate Paralegal

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and be proficient in drafting documents, preparing critical dates, and reviewing title and survey matters, title objection letters, and lease abstracts. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare and manage critical dates and timelines for real estate deals.
• Review and analyze title and survey matters, including title objection letters and lease abstracts.
• ssist in the coordination and management of the real estate transaction process from inception to closing.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient transaction flow.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of all real estate documents and transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing critical dates.
• In-depth knowledge of title and survey matters, title objection letters, and lease abstracts.
