Real Estate Paralegal

A mid-sized law firm with its main office in Buckhead is seeking a real estate paralegal with at least 5 years of real estate closing experience. Construction lending, homebuilder finance, and land acquisition experience preferred. An understanding of the closing process from start to finish is a prerequisite. Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Word and SoftPro. Ideal candidate will be professional and team-oriented. Must have strong verbal and written skills, interpersonal communication skills and work ethic, attention to detail and deadlines. Benefits offered include 401(k) with generous matching Profit Sharing Health Insurance Life and Disability Insurance This is a full-time position.
