Litigation Paralegal

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience , a strong academic background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex civil litigation matters and contribute meaningfully to high-stakes cases. Key Responsibilities Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents in both state and federal courts Assist with case preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, subpoenas, and deposition prep Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and attorney schedules Organize and maintain case files and electronic databases (e.g., document review platforms) Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts E-file documents using state and federal court systems (e.g., PACER, CM/ECF) Provide administrative support as needed to litigation attorneys Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience at a law firm or corporate legal department Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and trial support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software Familiarity with case management systems and e-discovery tools is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage shifting priorities Why Robinson Franzman LLP Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity to work on high-impact cases with experienced trial attorneys Collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented firm culture Career development and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
