Key Responsibilities Manage complex civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation and resolution. Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, and deposition summaries. Conduct legal research and manage document workflows using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and e-discovery platforms. Assemble digital and paper trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files. Monitor court dockets, manage calendar deadlines, and execute state/federal filings. Qualifications Required Experience: 4 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment (general civil litigation required; employment law exposure preferred). Education: Bachelor's degree anda Paralegal Certificate. Technical Skills: Proficient with PACER, Westlaw/LexisNexis, e-discovery software, and MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
