Litigation Paralegal

Our litigation law firm client has a need for a Paralegal with three or more years of litigation experience.

Duties:

Organizing and managing documents and case files
Performing real estate records research
Performing legal and factual research
Preparing correspondence
Reviewing construction contracts
Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests
Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings
Assisting with the preparation and filing of affidavits and notices of commencement

Requirements:

Three or more years of Paralegal experience in a Litigation law firm is a MUST
Strong written and oral communication skills
Pay close attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Ability to prioritize workload and assignments
Legal and records research skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of document management system (Worldox), e-discovery system (Eclipse), and time reporting system (PC Law)
Ability to file documents electronically with various courts in multiple states

Our client offers a salary of $55k - $65k plus excellent benefits.
