Litigation ParalegalOur litigation law firm client has a need for a Paralegal with three or more years of litigation experience.Duties:Organizing and managing documents and case filesPerforming real estate records researchPerforming legal and factual researchPreparing correspondenceReviewing construction contractsAssisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness lists, and trial bindersCoordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requestsAssisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadingsAssisting with the preparation and filing of affidavits and notices of commencementRequirements:Three or more years of Paralegal experience in a Litigation law firm is a MUSTStrong written and oral communication skillsPay close attention to detailExcellent organization skillsAbility to prioritize workload and assignmentsLegal and records research skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite Products: Word, Excel, PowerPointWorking knowledge of document management system (Worldox), e-discovery system (Eclipse), and time reporting system (PC Law)Ability to file documents electronically with various courts in multiple statesOur client offers a salary of $55k - $65k plus excellent benefits.
