What You'll Do:

As an Inside Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for processing orders, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services to drive sales. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven customer service experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
