Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $30- $34/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Support Executive. This role involves managing and supporting end-to-end desktop-related activities and providing top-notch support to our users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in managing and supporting end-to-end desktop-related activities.
Proficiency in Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, and O365 Support.
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
Experience in providing support for desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software issues.
Remote support and troubleshooting of end-user issues.
Windows OS and MacBook support.
Experience with Zscaler troubleshooting.
Understanding of business and technical requirements to provide solutions, design, and implementation for SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10.
Prior experience in the design and implementation of SCCM hierarchy.
Experience in migrating to SCCM from other tools.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop.
6-8 years of relevant experience.
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end desktop-related activities.
Provide deskside management and touch support.
Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
Provide remote support and troubleshooting for end-user issues.
