What You'll Do:

• Assist in cataract surgeries, ensuring smooth flow and patient safety
• Circulate and scrub in OR procedures across general, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain, and endoscopy services
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to hospital protocols
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with surgical team members to provide high-quality patient outcomes
• Handle EMR documentation using Cerner system
• Participate in orientation and abide by hospital dress code (hospital-provided scrubs)

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year OR experience, particularly in cataract procedures (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR
• Strong patient care skills in adult and geriatric populations
• Ability to work a consistent schedule, with flexibility for holiday requirements
• Reliable transportation (local residents eligible; candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible)
