Legal Assistant to Paralegals

Looking for a legal assistant to the Paralegals. Core administrative duties would include:

  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars for attorneys and paralegals
  • Answering phones and communicating with clients
  • Organizing and maintaining case files (physical and digital)
  • Drafting routine documents (letters, forms, basic pleadings)
  • Formatting legal documents for court submission
  • Proofreading for grammar, formatting, and completeness
  • Gathering and organizing evidence and records
  • Preparing exhibits and binders for hearings or trials
  • Assisting with client intake (collecting initial information)
  • Sending updates to clients about case status
  • Requesting records (medical, financial, etc.)
  • Using case management software (Clio)
  • Handling confidential information securely
