Ready Mix Plant Supervisor & Back‑Up Manager

Kuert Concrete Inc

Kuert Concrete Inc is seeking a capable supervisor to support the Plant Manager at our Ready Mix location. This role includes back-up duties, supervising drivers, plant operator, and yard attendant, and ensuring operations run smoothly. You will supervise staff, mentor performance, participate in hiring and training, coordinate orders, scheduling, and dispatch, and maintain safety and asset care. Strong communication and safety focus are essential; bilingual a plus, and residency within the area #J-18808-Ljbffr Kuert Concrete Inc
