Plant Engineer

Overview Trivium Packaging is seeking a Plant Engineer to enhance plant and equipment performance. Proficiency in PLCs/HMIs, strong project management skills, and problem-solving ability are desired. This role ensures safety and regulatory compliance (EPA, GMP, OSHA, DOT). Responsibilities Lead engineering projects to enhance plant and equipment performance. Supervise technical staff. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (EPA, GMP, OSHA, DOT). Collaborate with various departments for process improvement. Maintain high-quality manufacturing standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment. Proficiency in PLCs/HMIs. Strong project management skills. Solid understanding of EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations. Experience developing preventive maintenance programs. Experience supervising technical staff. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
