Lorena Villa State Farm is seeking a motivated, people-focused Bilingual Spanish Sales and Service Team Member to join our growing agency in San Antonio.

What you'll do

• Build lasting relationships with current and prospective customers in both English and Spanish.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial-services products.
• Sell and service auto, homeowners, renters, life, health, business, pet, and personal articles insurance.
• Provide quotes, explain coverage, answer questions, and follow up with customers.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through additional products and services.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional experience by phone, in person, and through digital communication.
• Support policy changes, renewals, retention, and ongoing customer service needs.

Required qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish-speaking, reading, and writing is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help people and provide excellent customer service.
• Confidence discussing customer needs and participating in consultative sales conversations.
• Goal-oriented, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Professional, coachable, and committed to continuous learning.
• Comfortable using computers, customer relationship management systems, and office technology.
• Willingness to obtain required Texas insurance licenses.

Previous experience in insurance, sales, banking, financial services, or customer service is helpful but not required. Candidates who are motivated to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
