The Opportunity Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations and settlement conferences. Develop litigation strategy and provide day-to-day advice to employers and insurance carriers. Build strong client relationships while working closely with experienced litigators.
