Front Desk & Operations Coordinator Recovery Club | La Vernia, TX Hourly Pay + Potential Membership Sales Commission Recovery Club is looking for a driven, self-motivated, and personable Front Desk & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who wants to be an active part of building and growing Recovery Club. The right person for this role takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and does it. As a small and growing business, we need someone who is comfortable working independently, wearing multiple hats, continuing to learn, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. We will provide training and support, but this is a self-motivated role that requires someone who can take what they learn and run with it. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and client questions Schedule appointments and manage the day-to-day schedule Check clients in and out and process payments Learn our services, memberships, and wellness offerings inside and out Educate clients on services and confidently recommend options based on their needs and goals Help drive membership sales, bookings, upgrades, and client retention Follow up with leads and existing clients Assist with inventory, supplies, organization, and administrative tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility Assist with promotions, events, community outreach, and other growth initiatives Help identify opportunities to improve our systems, operations, and client experience Step in wherever needed to help the business operate and grow Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Self-motivated and independent Proactive Driven to learn Sales-minded Friendly, personable, and confident when communicating with clients Organized with strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable multitasking and shifting between different responsibilities Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and learning new systems Excited about being part of a growing small business and taking on additional responsibility over time Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, wellness, fitness, medical offices, med spas, front desk, or business operations is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. You do not need to come in knowing everything about wellness, but you do need to want to learn.We want someone who will take the initiative to understand our services, their benefits, our memberships, and how to confidently communicate their value to clients. Schedule & Compensation Hourly position Additional commission opportunities for membership sales Friday and Saturday availability is required Must have flexibility with scheduling based on appointments, events, staffing, and business needs Weekly schedule and hours may vary Opportunity for increased responsibility as Recovery Club continues to grow About Recovery Club Recovery Club is a wellness and recovery facility located in La Vernia, Texas. We offer services designed to support recovery, performance, and overall wellness, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, cold plunge, compression therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV hydration, and additional wellness services.
