We're seeking a dependable Packing Specialist to join a growing manufacturing and distribution team. What You'll Do

• Build skids, crates, and boxes for customer orders and shipments
• Pack materials according to specific shipping requirements, including truck, flatbed, ocean export, and air freight shipments
• Operate packing equipment and tools such as saws, nail guns, staple guns, banding equipment, and stenciling equipment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure materials and orders meet customer and company standards
• Read and interpret shop orders, shipping instructions, and packing requirements
• Properly identify, label, and stencil materials and shipments
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required production records
• Operate a forklift after completing company training and certification
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on packing equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in packing, shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable using hand tools, measuring devices, and packing equipment
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
