Packaging Line WorkerThis temporary first-shift role focuses on reviewing returned packaging materials in a clean, climate-controlled, food-grade manufacturing environment. You will perform structured, repetitive inspection tasks, document your work, and support overall quality standards. The environment follows strict hygiene and safety standards, including the requirement to wear hair nets at all times and beard nets for employees with facial hair. No jewelry or facial piercings are permitted on the production floor to maintain product safety and cleanliness. Work is light-duty with minimal physical demands, but it does require standing and walking throughout the shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., providing 40 hours per week, with the option for voluntary overtime of up to 12 hours per day and up to 6 days per week. The facility operates a structured production setting with packaging lines, general production equipment, and basic material handling tools such as pallet jacks.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.43 - $22.43/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
