You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.**What You'll Do*** Safely operate a **Rear Loader Truck** on assigned routes.* Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.* Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.* Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.* Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.* Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.* Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.* Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.* At Coastal, we win as a team. Working together is part of what makes us successful.* Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.* Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling professionally.**What You'll Bring*** Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.* Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.* Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.* Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.* Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as needed.* Ability to safely climb, bend, squat, kneel, and enter/exit equipment throughout the workday.* Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.**Why Join Coastal?**At Coastal, we know our drivers are the backbone of our business.
