Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting proactive customer outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to follow established processes while identifying and escalating customer concerns when necessary. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Pay Range: $25.00/hour Shift: 8AM-5PM What's the Job? Conduct outbound customer outreach calls following a provided script. Perform customer wellness and satisfaction checks to help ensure a positive customer experience. Verify account information and confirm customers are familiar with and connected to their assigned Account Manager. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Identify customer concerns and elevate issues to the appropriate internal teams. What's Needed? Previous customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to elevate issues appropriately. What's in it for me? Competitive pay of $25.00 per hour.
