We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing organization. As the Senior Accountant, you will handle accounting operations within the company, verify financial records and transactions, and monitor reports. You will also use your keen attention to detail to maintain account balances, general ledger, and financial statements.What You'll DoMaintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations.Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for the operations team and upper management.Assist in internal/external audits of financial and operational processes.Perform month-end and year-end reconciliations.Perform Annual Recurring Revenue commissions per monthHandle asset managementPerform and monitor revenue/cost recognition and revenue/cost accrual and ensure compliance with policies.Perform INL subscriptions upload and audit per month.Perform monthly/quarterly/annual recurring revenue audits.Special projects as assigned.RequirementsAt a minimum, you should have a Bachelor's degree.2 years related experienceAccuracy and attention to detailAptitude for numbers and quantitative skillsBS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevantRelevant certification (CMA or CPA) will be preferredOur Core ValuesDo the Right ThingRespond RapidlyTake Pride and OwnershipBe Solutions DrivenBe Customer ObsessedBenefitsYou will have a 401k with up to 4.5% matching, and a hybrid work schedule.We promote education through tuition reimbursement.You will also have medical, dental, vision, and life insurance programs, as well as employee assistance programs.You'll have opportunities to advance.
