About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP for Mortgage and Consumer Lending. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and directing all aspects of mortgage and consumer lending, including loan fulfillment, quality, and the achievement of production goals. This strategic role involves mentoring and overseeing the performance of lending teams, maintaining expert knowledge of lending concepts, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. The VP will also be responsible for business development, loan sales, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Applicants for the VP Mortgage and Consumer Lending position at the company should be dynamic leaders with a proven track record in real estate and consumer lending. A Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in the industry. The role requires a candidate with a compelling vision for the future, the ability to inspire and engage others, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
