The role is deployed on multiple projects with durations from 3 to 12 months, involves multiple subcontractors and disciplines, and scopes of work. What Are We Looking For Associate’s degree required in a field related to construction (e.g., engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or related roles. Experience with building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives required. Additional certifications (CEM, LEED AP, EIT, PE) a plus. Proficiency with planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases. Strong time-management skills to follow detailed project phases. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time and strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
