Your Opportunity Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach is seeking dynamic Associate Executive Director to provide leadership, operational oversight, and ensure delivery of Resident-centered care across all areas of our community. Support the Executive Director in translating organizational strategy into operational plans and measurable objectives. Promote a positive, Resident centered culture that encourages staff engagement, accountability, and professional growth. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of high quality services across all areas of the community. Manage operational functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies. Serves as the Executive Director's operational backup for emergency preparedness, risk management, and regulatory surveys. Monitor financial performance to achieve at or above established excellent thresholds as measured by net Operating Margin (NOM, NOM-A) and other key financial key indicators. Supervise and mentor department managers and leaders; provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, donors, regulators, and the broader community. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is preferred.
