Immigration Attorney Buffalo, New York, United States Job Description: Immigration Attorney Location: Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany, NY Industry: Legal Services Job Overview: We are seeking an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in our Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications. Responsibilities: Handle a variety of employment-based immigration cases. Prepare and file labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications. Provide excellent client service and case management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies. Qualifications: Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law. Broad experience with labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications. Excellent writing skills. Strong client service and case management abilities. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative. Salary: The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 $180,000. Actual base salary will be based on criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
