We are seeking a Registered Nurse in our Spindale Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) who is ready to bring strong clinical skills, leadership, and compassion into a fast-paced admissions environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administering medications in accordance with provider orders 
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation 
• Performing intake assessments for new clients 
• Ensuring physician orders are carried out appropriately 
• Monitoring and obtaining vital signs as needed 
• Conducting impairment and withdrawal assessments, including COWS 
• Supporting safe, effective nursing practices within RN scope per state guidelines 
• Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff when needed

What You’ll Need

• Completion of an accredited RN program 
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license OR a multistate compact RN license 
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills 
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
